Activity #3 --Rome Voc. Scene.
Choose 10 words from the Rome Voc. PPT or the Just for Fun Rome Voc. 2 (below) and draw and color a Roman Scene on copy paper (on back table). Use at least TWO Latin words (more words are found on 3-11-10 power point). Color, Label, and number each voc. word. See below for examples from last year.

12. Greco-Roman----A term describing the closely connected cultures of ancient Greece and
Rome.
Activity #4 --Watch Brain Pop over "Pax Romana." Do NOT do the quiz; do the ACTIVITY--which is a Crossword Puzzle. The word ACTIVITY can be found beneath the PAX ROMANA movie.....click on ACTIVITY and it will take you to the Crossword Puzzle. You may do the Crossword while you watch the movie. Since you will do the Crossword online, you need to open another tab to view the movie---Yes, open another tab and bring up Brain Pop again. Now, click on view movie. You can stop the movie while you type in the answers to the Crossword (you have to click on the other tab to get back to the Crossword). When you are finished---don't forget the True/False questions at the bottom--click the print button and you will be asked to type in your name.
